About the Journal
Human Rights Journal is open access (both for reading and publication). The Journal was printed quarterly in the period from 2000 to 2008, and will now continue its life online. Relying on the original concept, the Journal aims to develop a multidisciplinary space and publish contributions on legal and political issues of general interest to legal science and other related disciplines, with a special emphasis on articles that contribute to the understanding and improvement of the protection of human rights in the national, regional and international context. In addition to (original and review) research articles and professional articles, Human Rights Journal also publishes book/conference reviews. Contributions are published in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian/Montenegrin or in English. In specific cases, if a topic is of special interest for the Journal, the Editorial Board may also accept preliminary communications, critical reviews, or essays for consideration. It is published biannually with occasional special, thematic issues and with guest editors.
